The first crochet pattern of my summer pattern collection is finally here – crochet anklet with a bobble edge! Add boho vibes to your outfit with these cuties! 🙂

Materials
Yarn: Novita Cotton Soft* – in color “off white” (010) or other DK or sport weight yarn, such as Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton DK* or Drops Safran* or Paintbox Yarns Cotton DK*.
Tool: Crochet Hook 3.0 mm* or 3.5 mm.
Crochet Anklet Crochet Pattern Instructions
Step 1. Chain 33. Insert 32 single crochet stitches (sc) starting from the second chain from the hook. Chain 4 and turn the work.
Step 2. Insert a double crochet (dc) to the second sc. *Chain 1, skip one sc and insert a dc to the next sc (after the skipped sc).* Repeat * 14 more times. You have 17 dcs (including the first “chain dc”) and 16 holes between dcs. Chain 1 and turn the work.
Step 3. Insert 33 sc so that every other sc is crocheted to the top of previous round’s dc and every other sc is crocheted to the chain between dcs. Chain 1 and turn the work.
Step 4. Bobble edge row: insert 2 slip stitches. Then, insert a bobble: chain 2 (this counts as the first dc of the bobble). Insert a dc to the same sc where the first “dc” locates but do not pull the yarn through the last two loops. Instead, insert the third dc and pull the yarn through until you have three (3) loops on your hook. Insert two more nearly finished dcs the same way. Then, pull the yarn through all of the loops (5 loops) and close the cluster with a chain. Transform the cluster into a bobble by inserting a slip stitch to the same sc where all the dcs locate. *Make 3 slip stitches and then insert a bobble stitch.* Repeat * 10 more times. Insert a slip stitch to the last sc.
Step 5. The first strap: insert 2 slip stiches along the short edge and start the first strap: chain 40 and insert 39 slip stitches back to the start of the strap.
Step 6. Move on to the top (first) row and insert slip stitches along it until you reach the end.
Step 7. Start the second strap: chain 40 and insert 39 slip stitches back to the start of the strap. Then move on to the short edge of the bracelet and insert 2 slip stitches along it. Cut the yarn and fasten off. Weave in the ends.
