Crochet Face Scrubbie Pattern
Step 1. Chain 6 and make it a ring with a slip stitch (sl st).
Start working puff stitches so that you include the tail end of yarn to the ring. Instructions for a puff stitch below in the step 2. Once you’ve finished the first round of puff stitches pull the tail end tightly so there’s no hole in the middle of the face scrubby.
Step 2. Insert the puff stitch: chain 1, *yarn over, insert a hook into the ring, pull yarn through* and repeat * 3 more times. You now have 9 loops on the hook. Pull yarn through all of them and close the puff with a chain.
Step 3. Repeat step 2 7 more times. Close the round with a sl st to the top of the first puff stitch. Crochet another sl st to the chain between the first and the second puff.
Step 4. Start the 2nd round by chaining 1. Insert two puff stitches to the same chain between the first and the second puff. Do not chain 1 between these puffs.
Step 5. Move to the next chain between the second and the third puff. Insert two puff stitches to the chain (without chaining 1 between the puffs).
Step 6. Repeat step 5 6 more times. Close the round with a sl st to the top of the first puff of the round. Weave in the ends.
